Woman is naturally a creator, nurturer a care giver, A God given gift. And
hence synonymous with creation of any form of Art.
Art and Women have had the strongest connection since time immemorial. Be it the simplest of things or the most complicated form of art, women have had that innate sense of creativity that helps them redefine absolutely everything. Women have given a whole new dimension to how art is perceived, conceived and appreciated the world over. On the flip side though, the women artists have had their own share of struggles and haven’t been duly recognised for the terrific work that they are doing. Not only in the art sphere, but in every walk of life, it is time to hold hands and uplift each other and provide that comfort zone so that every single girl, every woman can do her best and reach for the stars.
This unique online art exhibition “Celebrating the Spirit of Womanhood” is an ode to the Woman and aims at celebrating their huge contribution towards the upliftment of our society. The national and international artists participating in this online mega event are celebrated in their circles for their independent thinking and individuality. This exhibition will offer a new perspective and celebrate woman power in different forms. This one of a kind attempt to bring strong, unconventional, creative women together on International Women’s Day, is sure to be a landmark event that will open doors to newer thinking and ideas.
Women have transcended the set boundaries and their minds are thinking bigger than ever before. The innate ability to put one’s heart and soul into whatever she does is what sets a woman apart and she does it in style! The new age woman can multitask, take risks, make the right choices and speak her mind out whenever needed. This massive development needs to be celebrated and every success story should result in inspirational leadership for the rest of the tribe.
Sanjukta, an Eminent Artist herself has conceived this wonderful project. It will be a ‘dream come true’ moment for her as art is something that really moves her. This show will act as an artistic confluence of 40 eminent women artists who hail from different walks of life, from
across the globe.
Sanjukta is a self taught artist who has been painting, drawing and articulating her thoughts and bring them to life on the canvas for almost over 27 years. Getting together with other artists and bringing about this amalgamation of ‘Art & Womanhood’ is going to be a trend setter in every which way. All the artists taking part in this event have their own signature style and have a totally different outlook on art and womanhood in totality. The exceptional group of Artists are absolutely geared up for this amazing adventure and super excited about the event and is sure that their energy will be mirrored by all women and men alike!
